The use of computerized jacquard faucets mainly depends on the operation of the computerized jacquard system. Taking the Jacsun computerized jacquard system as an example, this article introduces the usage of computerized jacquard faucets:
1、 System startup and interface navigation
Start the system:
Turn on the power of the computer jacquard system and wait for the system to start.
After the system is started, the startup interface will be displayed, including information such as system version number, number of faucet needles, target board, system serial number, etc.
Interface navigation:
Use the up, down, left, and right arrow keys to move the finger cursor and select the current operation function.
Press the "√" key to enter the corresponding function item, press the "×" key to clear the fault or exit the current operation.
2、 Pattern manipulation
Read disk:
Insert a USB flash drive with saved pattern files.
In the pattern interface, select the "Read Disk" option, and the system will automatically list the pattern files stored on the disk.
Use the up and down arrow keys to move the cursor to the corresponding file, press the "F2" key to select the input pattern file, and highlight "#" in front of the file.
Press the "√" key to confirm reading the pattern file, and the system will automatically return to the pattern interface.
choice:
On the pattern interface, use the up and down arrow keys to move the cursor to the "Select" option.
Press the "√" key to enter the selection interface, and use the up and down arrow keys to select the pattern file that needs to be woven.
The number of stitches in the selected file must be consistent with or less than the "number of stitches" in the "settings" function, otherwise the corresponding pattern file cannot be selected.
Delete and erase:
The deletion operation can save internal system space, and the operation method is similar to reading a disk.
The erase operation will erase all pattern files within the system, so caution should be exercised during the operation.
3、 Control operation
Enter the control program:
On the main interface or pattern interface, use the up and down arrow keys to move the cursor to the "Control" item.
Press the "√" key to enter the control program interface.
Parameter setting and adjustment:
In the control program interface, you can use the up, down, left, right arrow keys to move the cursor to the corresponding function items (such as latitude, cycle, shift, output, status, vehicle speed, etc.).
Press the "√" key to enter editing mode, and use the up and down arrow keys to perform addition, subtraction, or selection.
After the modification is completed, press the "√" key to confirm and turn off the cursor flashing.
4、 Set operation
Enter the settings interface:
On the main interface or control program interface, press the function key (such as F1) to enter the settings interface.
Parameter settings:
In the settings interface, you can modify parameters such as needle count, mesh size, file type, time limit, assembly, and forward/backward flipping.
Before modifying parameters, the correct permission password (such as 123678) must be entered.
Use the up and down arrow keys to move the cursor to the corresponding parameter item, and press the "√" key to enter the editing mode.
After the modification is completed, press the "√" key to confirm and turn off the cursor flashing.
After completing the parameter modification, press the F4 key to exit the settings interface and save the modified parameters.
5、 Testing and Maintenance
Test operation:
Press the function key (such as F3) on the main interface or control program interface to enter the testing interface.
Select the functional items that need to be tested (such as memory, signal, driver board, solenoid valve, sensor, etc.).
Press the "√" or F3 key to perform the test. During the testing process, the self-test light will flash. After the test is completed, press the F4 key to exit the test interface.
Maintenance operation:
When making electrical connections, disassembling electrical components, or plugging and unplugging connectors, the power must be turned off to ensure safety.
During maintenance, it should be carried out by trained and qualified technicians to avoid damaging the equipment.
6、 Precautions
Dustproof and Waterproof:
The computer jacquard system should meet the dust and water resistance level specified in IP54 to ensure good operation of the equipment.
Permission management:
Before modifying system parameters, it is necessary to enter the correct permission password to prevent accidental operation.
Safe operation:
Before performing any maintenance or plugging operations, the power must be turned off to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
compatibility:
When selecting pattern files, attention should be paid to whether the number of stitches in the file matches the number of stitches in the faucet to ensure normal weaving.
