    Electronic jacquard machines are determined by the number of practical jacquard needles. Currently, China's self produced and imported electronic jacquard machines have 2400 practical jacquard needles for 2688, 4800 practical jacquard needles for 5120, 6000 practical jacquard needles for 6144, and 12000 practical jacquard needles for 12288. The remaining part of the needle is used to control the weft storage device for weft insertion, control the stop and pry motion of the warp thread, and control the edge warp motion of left and right warp weaving, collectively known as auxiliary needles. Due to the large number of practical pattern needles in electronic jacquard machines, applications such as controlling the main needle of the jacquard warp thread and controlling various auxiliary needles can only use formless text pattern plate processing. If a 2400 needle electronic jacquard machine is used, after completing the process specifications for designing jacquard fabrics, the application of the pattern card should be described. For example, needles 1 to 16 are shuttle box needles, where needle 1 controls the first weft and needle 2 represents the second weft, indicating the arrangement of the pattern needles for each weft; 24-25 needles and two needles are stop prying needles; A total of 40 needles from 33 to 72 are the left warp control needles, and a total of 2400 needles from 73 to 2472 are the main jacquard needles; A total of 40 needles from 2473 to 2512 are control needles on the right side. After completing the design and organization through the CAD system, it is also necessary to arrange the position of the auxiliary needles on the computer to control the movement of the jacquard loom and the warp and weft lines. Due to the large number of needles in the electronic jacquard faucet pattern, the jacquard fabric design uses a single handle lifting method where each needle controls one warp thread to complete the weaving process. Electronic jacquard machines are also suitable for indoor decorative fabrics with complex organizational structures and clothing decorative fabrics with complex pattern changes, and are becoming a new type of loom with increasing applications

      edge needle is a specialized pattern needle that controls the movement of fabric edge warp. Electronic jacquard machines use more edge auxiliary needles, and the basic arrangement is that the left and right edge warp are controlled separately by the auxiliary needle. When designing specifications, the auxiliary needles must be arranged to express their position. The stop sled needle is designed for use with A-B double weft and special jacquard fabrics. When the weft throwing pattern is inconsistent, it is an auxiliary needle used to control the warp thread feeding device. It mainly uses the throwing shuttle process to add a group of weft threads in some positions for techniques such as throwing, digging, and trimming. The basic principle of electronic jacquard machines is the same as that of ordinary jacquard machines using stop sled needles, and using 1-2 auxiliary needles to control the warp axis let-off motion. Similarly, when the three and four sets of weft are divided into regular weaving weft and some temporary insertion weft, the temporary insertion weft can be simultaneously controlled by the stop sled needle of the warp feeding device. The weft selecting needle is a specific set of auxiliary needles that control the weft arrangement. Generally, electronic jacquard machines and rapier machines are used for weaving, and the weft selecting needle and the number of weft storage devices on the loom are closely matched
